'The Summer tone challenge is designed to build your Energy and Balance.   There are 2 challenges which are FOR TIME (Best effort)    Challenge A: Upper body  DB PUSH PRESS - 12 reps DB CURL + STEP KNEE UP- 10 (L/R) 5  PUSH UPS - 8 reps  Challenge B: Lower Body DB SUMO DEADLIFTS - 200 m ALT SINGLE DB REVERSE LUNGE TO KNEE UP - 10 (L/R) ALT SIDE BALL TO WALL THROW - 8 reps                                               All challenges are FOR TIME (Best effort)                                                Members can choose their FAVORITE challenge or generate their BEST TIME for all THREE over the next 31 Days.
